- Let us know if you would just like the information recovered or if you would like it put onto a new phone. In which case, you will need to ship us the new phone as well.
- Ship the device(s).
- Wait 5-7 business days and you will receive a DVD with all of your pertinent data on it and if you chose to clone your device, you’ll get the new phone fully ready to go with all of the info on it.
